This item # is TD25015B-38C36. It’s one of our stock heaters.  All of our Cartridge Heaters can be inserted into drilled holes to heat metal parts. They come in different options:  First, standard round; Second, split sheath round; Third, square shapes.  Each of these can be ordered in a wide variety of sizes of industrial heaters, with several lead styles that are able to withstand constant flexing, and corrosive or moist environments.
