Through-wall bolt on mounting
The Flanged Immersion Heaters is ideal for direct immersion heating of liquids and gases including all types of oils and heat transfer solutions. Like the Screw Plug heater, the Flange style is a through-wall insertion heater. Tanks should have a mating flange welded in place for the plug heaters to install and bolt into the tank wall for direct immersion into the fluid or gas. We have a variety of POPULAR stock options and made-to-order assemblies that can ship quickly with existing designs.
